Price
VIP pricing including tax is JPY 980 monthly, JPY 2,780 every 3 months, or JPY 10,800 yearly. The final amount and renewal term are displayed on the Stripe checkout screen before purchase.
Additional charges
Users are responsible for internet or data charges. Any payment-provider-specific fees are governed by the relevant provider.

Approved third-party billing methods available through the web flow, or other methods separately presented by AuraNavi.
Payment timing
The first charge occurs when purchase is completed. The selected monthly, 3-month, or yearly plan then renews automatically and is charged on each renewal date until the next renewal is stopped.
Service timing
Membership access is generally granted after payment confirmation, although technical delays may occasionally apply.
Cancellation and termination
The next renewal can be stopped at any time through web account management or the Stripe billing portal. VIP access continues through the paid term after cancellation, and no prorated settlement is provided.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, customer-requested refunds after payment are generally not accepted. Exceptions apply where required by law, for duplicate charges, or where AuraNavi determines a refund is appropriate.
