1. Service overview

AuraNavi is a platform for discovering premium salons, licensed esthetic services, relaxation venues, and searchable men's esthe-related listings through reviews, member features, and account tools.

2. Account use

• Users must provide accurate registration information and safeguard their own accounts.
• Impersonation, account sharing, and abusive use are prohibited.
• Additional information may be requested for review verification, moderation, or membership confirmation.

3. Review and content policy

• Reviews must be based on real first-hand experience.
• Receipt verification or similar proof may be required.
• False, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content may be rejected or removed.
• AuraNavi may moderate, limit, or remove content under its trust and safety rules.

4. Membership features and web management

Some features, including richer review detail and expanded photo access, may be offered as VIP or premium functionality. Certain account settings and billing-related management flows are handled through the web login experience.

5. External billing and platform role

Billing-related flows on the web may be processed through third-party payment providers. AuraNavi provides the discovery and membership platform, while shops and practitioners remain responsible for the service information, pricing, and booking conditions they present.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal activity or content that promotes unlawful conduct
• Harassment, threats, discrimination, or privacy abuse
• Purchased reviews, fabricated reviews, or ranking manipulation
• Unauthorized system access, disruption, or reverse engineering

7. Service changes and suspension

AuraNavi may revise, limit, suspend, or remove features and access where needed for legal compliance, safety, moderation, or operational reasons.
